RETREATS:

Deposits (Secure your spot tickets):

Deposits are 30% refundable if cancelation is requested up to 2 months prior to the event, and non-refundable after that. The full amount must be paid one month prior to the event.

Full price ticket:

​

Cancelations up to 2 months prior to the event will be refunded 70% of the amount paid. Cancelations between 2 months and 1 month prior to the event will be refunded 40% of the amount paid.

Cancelations later than 1 month prior to the event will not be refunded.

Event cancellation made by us:

In case the cancellation needs to be made by us because of natural or political issues you are entitled to get a full refund (100% of your ticket money back). We do not take responsibility for other costs involved (including other hotels, transportation, and/or flight refunds).

PRIVATE SESSIONS:

Cancelations or reschedules up to 72h prior to the session - No charge.

Cancelations between 72h to 24h - 20% of the session price fee.

Cancelation 24h to 3h prior to the session - 40% of the session price fee.

Cancelations in less than 3h or No show - Full amount fee, no refund or reschedule.

WORKSHOPS AND SHORT EVENTS:

For workshops and events that are less than 1-day long you can transfer your ticket to someone else but the ticket is Non-refundable.
